Unlike short-term cleanses or crash diets, the program is built around sustainable methods — clean eating, structured training, weekly progress tracking, and the kind of one-on-one mentoring that addresses why the weight has been hard to lose in the first place.
It is the program that built our reputation, and the one our long-term clients return to when they’re ready to get serious. Founder Billy has coached on some of the largest fitness TV shows in the world, and his most well-known student, Nai, lost 64kg through the same methods you’ll be using — no fads, no extremes, no rebound.
Who the Weight Loss Transformation is for
This package works for any age and any starting point. Whether you’re at the beginning of a weight loss journey, plateaued after months of effort, or trying to undo the damage of a stressful year, the program scales to meet you where you are. It is especially popular with people who have tried home-based diets, gym memberships, and online programs without lasting results — usually because what they were missing wasn’t more discipline, but more support.
From day one you’ll have a one-on-one consultation with a dedicated Weight-Loss Consultant who acts as your mentor for the duration of your stay. They build the plan around your goals, your medical history, and your lifestyle outside the retreat — so what you learn here actually transfers home.
What you’ll train
Your training week is structured but flexible. You’ll have unlimited access to the full class schedule — strength training, functional fitness, yoga, mobility, run club, hiking, breath work, beach workouts, and Muay Thai — but your consultant will steer you toward the right mix for your body composition goals. Most weight loss clients spend more time on conditioning, mobility, and longer low-intensity sessions than on heavy lifting, with strength work scaled in as fitness builds.
Two personal training sessions a week give you focused one-on-one work to refine technique and target weak points. Two massage sessions and two spa visits a week handle the recovery side. Weekly check-ins with your consultant track progress with weights, measurements, and Garmin body stats — so the changes are measurable, not just felt.
A typical week
Mornings begin early — coffee at the gym before 7am, then a run, hike, or beach session. Mid-morning is for strength or conditioning class. Your PT and massage sessions slot in across the week, and afternoons are flexible — yoga, breath work, mobility, or another class depending on how your body is recovering.
Detox flush, supplements, and protein shakes are built in. Three meals a day are included, prepared in the onsite EATS café from locally sourced ingredients and tailored to your goals. Most clients have one rest day a week, used for spa, hiking, or weekend excursions.
Saturdays involve a longer adventure — boat trips, paddle boarding, jungle hikes, or beach days. Sunday is rest. By Monday you’re ready to push again.
Recovery and nutrition
Recovery is where most weight loss programs fail and where this one separates itself. Two professional massages a week ease soreness and improve circulation. Two spa sessions a week are used for sauna, steam, plunge pool, and recovery work. Ice baths are available throughout the stay for anyone who wants the metabolic and inflammation benefits.
Nutrition is fully managed. The EATS café handles three balanced meals a day, with supplements, protein shakes, and electrolytes available throughout. You won’t be calorie-counting alone in your room — the food is portioned, prepared, and served, so the only decisions you have to make are about training. Education is part of the deal; you’ll leave understanding portions, food groups, and how to feed your body for sustained loss rather than rebound.
