    The VIP Over 50s program is the most personalised package we offer. It is built specifically for clients in their fifties, sixties, seventies, and beyond — people who want to lose weight, build strength, regain mobility, or simply feel like themselves again, but who need a program that treats their starting point seriously rather than scaling down a generic bootcamp.

    Daily personal training, daily massage, daily spa access, twice-stay physiotherapy, 3D body scanning, IV recovery drips, and full nutritional support are all included. Every session is one-on-one, every progression is measured, and every workout is designed around what your body can actually handle today — not a template built for a 25-year-old.

    Who the VIP Over 50s package is for

    This package is for anyone over 50 who wants results from a fitness retreat without the risk of injury or burnout that comes with group bootcamps designed for younger bodies. It works equally well for clients who have stayed active their whole lives and want to push to a new level safely, and for those returning to structured training after years — sometimes decades — away.

    Common starting points include: weight gain following retirement or a lifestyle shift, mobility loss from sedentary work, post-injury rehabilitation, recovery from a major life event, or a simple desire to be stronger and more capable for the next chapter. Whatever your starting point, the program adjusts.

    What you’ll train

    Training is daily, personal, and progressive. Each session is led by a coach who has assessed your current capacity and is building you up week by week. Strength work focuses on compound movements scaled to your range — typically dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight work before barbell training is introduced. Mobility, balance, and joint integrity get more attention than they would in a younger client’s program, because they’re the foundation everything else is built on.

    You’ll also have unlimited access to the broader class schedule — yoga, breath work, mobility classes, beach walks, gentle hiking, ice baths, and pool work — so you have variety alongside your daily PT. Coaches discuss your week as a team and adjust the volume based on how you’re recovering.

    A typical week

    Days start later than other packages — most over-50s clients prefer a 7:30 or 8am start, especially in the first week, to allow for proper warm-up. Your daily PT is usually mid-morning, when joints are warmest and energy is highest. Light mobility, breath work, or a beach walk often opens the day.

    Daily massage is scheduled in the afternoon to support recovery. Daily spa access — sauna, steam, plunge pool, recovery — is used as part of the training plan, not as an extra. Physio sessions assess movement patterns, address any niggles, and design corrective work that gets folded into the following week’s PTs.

    Three meals a day, prepared at the EATS café and tailored to your goals, are included throughout. Most clients on the Over 50s program report sleeping better within the first three or four nights — a combination of structured exercise, clean eating, and the daily massage and spa work.

    Recovery and nutrition

    Recovery is treated as half the program, not a bonus. The over-50 body responds spectacularly well to consistent recovery work — daily massage, daily spa, weekly physio, IV drips when needed — but has a much smaller margin for under-recovery than younger clients. The program is built around that biological reality.

    Nutrition is fully handled. Meals are clean, locally sourced, balanced for protein and fibre, and adjusted weekly based on how your body composition is changing. Supplements, protein shakes, electrolytes, and a detox flush are all included. The 3D body scan, taken at the start and end of the stay, gives you a visual measurement of muscle, fat, and posture changes that few clinics outside elite sports clubs can produce.
