Over 50s Fitness & Weight Loss Retreat
Let’s get one thing straight — this isn’t a gentle holiday with a bit of stretching thrown in. This is a proper fitness and weight loss programme, built specifically for people over 50, with all the coaching, recovery and support that makes it safe, effective, and actually enjoyable.
We designed this package because we kept seeing the same thing: people in their fifties, sixties and beyond turning up to our regular programmes and doing brilliantly, but needing a bit more hands-on attention. More physio. More time with a coach one-on-one. More focus on mobility and joint health. So we built a package that delivers all of that from day one.
What makes this different
The big difference is the level of personal support. You’ll have daily personal training sessions — not group classes where you’re one of twenty, but actual one-on-one time with a coach who knows your body, your limitations, and your goals. They’ll adjust every session based on how you’re feeling, what’s tight, what’s sore, and where you need to progress.
If you’ve got a dodgy knee, a bad back, a hip replacement, or anything else that needs working around — good. That’s exactly what we’re set up for. Our coaches are experienced in working with older bodies. They know the difference between pushing you and breaking you, and they’ll get that balance right every single day.
Mobility and strength — the stuff that actually matters
Forget the six-pack. What matters at this stage is being able to get off the floor without help, carry your shopping up stairs without getting winded, and play with your grandkids without worrying about your back. That’s functional strength, and it’s the foundation of everything we do here.
Your programme will include targeted mobility work — loosening up joints that have stiffened over the years, improving your range of motion, and fixing postural issues that have crept in from decades of sitting at desks. Alongside that, you’ll build genuine strength through exercises that are challenging but appropriate. Not max-effort deadlifts. Smart, progressive loading that makes you stronger week by week.
Recovery is built in, not bolted on
When you’re over 50, recovery isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s essential. That’s why this package includes weekly physiotherapy sessions, daily access to the spa, massage, sauna, steam room and plunge pools. Ice baths are available daily for those who fancy it. And your schedule has enough breathing room that you’re never running on empty.
We also include an IV drip to help with energy and recovery, particularly useful if you’re arriving tired from a long flight and want to hit the ground running from day one.
Three proper meals a day
This is an all-inclusive package, and that includes all your meals and drinks, seven days a week. Every meal is freshly prepared with whole ingredients — lean protein, vegetables, healthy carbs, and good fats. No calorie counting, no restrictive dieting, just clean food that fuels your body and supports your goals.
We’ll track your progress with weekly check-ins, body measurements and Garmin stats. You’ll be able to see exactly what’s changing and why, which keeps you motivated and gives your coaches the data they need to fine-tune your programme.

Private room, all meals and drinks, unlimited classes, personal consultation, weekly check-ins, detox flush, ice baths, t-shirt, water bottle, hiking bag, airport transfers, unlimited spa access (sauna, steam, plunge pools), daily personal training, daily massage, weekly physiotherapy sessions, 3D body scan, IV drip, Garmin body stats tracking, and an aftercare programme for when you get home.
That’s everything. You just show up and focus on yourself for a change.
What your days look like
Mornings usually start gently — a mobility session or yoga to wake up your body. Then you’ll have a coached strength or conditioning session tailored to your ability, with proper warm-ups, clear instruction, and enough time to cool down afterwards. No rushing.
Afternoons might include a guided walk, a workshop on nutrition or mindset, your PT session, physio, or time at the spa. You decide how much to do based on your energy and your coach’s advice. Nobody’s forced into anything.
Evenings are calm. Dinner with the group, maybe some light stretching, sound healing or meditation, and an early night. Sleep is a massive part of recovery and we encourage you to lean into it.
You don’t have to be over 50
The package is designed with over 50s in mind, but anyone who wants this level of personal support is welcome to join. Equally, if you’re over 50 and you’d rather jump into one of our other packages — the Complete Fitness or the Weight Loss Transformation — you absolutely can. We’ll adapt any programme to suit you.
The point is that age is never a barrier here. We’ve had guests in their late sixties smashing goals they didn’t think were possible. It just takes the right coaching, the right environment, and the willingness to show up.
