Tuesday & Thursday mornings we have our hike, jog, & run sessions. Don’t worry it is for all levels, we teach you the technique involved to make it effortless. The full low down on making it an enjoyable and a beneficial hobby for all levels. The team will run and adjust breathing techniques with you even if you start with a fast paced walk. Mixing interval’s, hill sprints, Z2 jogs on the treadmill brings the fun into running. Did you no slow low heart rate jogging is the best form of weight loss. With Garmin you soon totally understand the concept of how to run.
To watch the sunrise is a great feeling in the mornings . Swimming, Paddle Boarding, Beach Circuits, Sandy and Water walks it’s all on our doorstep. A good way to get out of the gym, get some early morning sun and explore our local Lamai and Crystal Bay Beaches. Early mornings are simply the best. We have a few good swimmers in the coaching team and can take to the ocean for a long swim. The crystal clear seas are an amazing experience that everyone enjoys.Breathing techniques in the pool and underwater performance classes we have it all to teach you to be more confident in the water. * Please note all the above is seasonal due to the tides & rain season.

Social weekends are a great way to explore Koh Samui. We have an array of beautiful islands Koh Madsum, Koh Taen and Koh Rap just minutes away, snorkelling, play with the pigs on the beach and cook up a BBQ. Five islands, Koh Phagnan and Koh Tao are a little further, great for long day trip’s or an overnight stay. The team at the gym manage to explore most weekends finding waterfalls, beach clubs, deserted beaches, jetsking, paddlebaording and café hideaways. We also work with local dog and elephant rescue sanctuary’s and can arrange for you to spend the day with them. Weekends are also full of charity run events, we always like to show our support and take a team for a good cause.
